R5.10CF1 Server fails as well

I finally got around to testing on an R5 server. I used our Quickplace server, hence the version.
Unfortunately the issues persists. So maybe it is a platform issue.
I tried to see if the sending host may be causing a problem, but the sending servers varied (Sendmail 8.2.3 & 8.11.6p2, VisNetic.MailServer.v5.5.8.3, Exim 3.35).
Any other suggestions?
